CHEEREXPO REGISTRATION INFORMATION & FORMS 2023

 

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

 

ALL TEAMS (except SSNS JH & HS Teams):
 
SSNS Junior High and High School Teams:

Early Bird: Before December 1st, 2022

Standard: Before February 14th

Late: After Feb 14th (call for availability)

Standard: Before February 14th

Late: After Feb 14th (call for availability)

 

 

Please Note: Once the schedule is completed it will not be changed for late registrants. If you think you may want to attend CheerExpo, let us know by February 14th so we can add you to the schedule. It is much easier to leave an empty space in the schedule if you need to cancel, than it isto add a space in once the schedule is complete, published and distributed.

 

EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS: When creating the schedule, teams who REGISTER FIRST will go LAST in their division (when possible...bearing crossovers in mind). Due to the number of crossovers and conflicts at CheerExpo, the order of performance does not change on Day 2.

Note: CheerExpo will follow the Cheer Canada Concussion Policy and assessments will be made onsite by Sport Physiotherapy Canada if requried.

 

 

NOTE: The registration form is an excel file. Please complete and email back the completed excel file in excel format (xls or xlsx). If you choose to register in any other way there is an administration fee of $100 PER TEAM plus tax. This includes sending in PDF versions, word versions, mailing printed forms, etc.
